This interests me a lot. Where can I find the information about installation 
logic that official .exe uses? I could then use that information to make 
automagic .msi build for FF in our environment.

This I fully agree with. Making msi is easy. If Moz would just use some effort 
to do the infrastructure bits for installation templates etc. 
then rest would not be any harder than making that .exe installer. It just 
requires change that they are not willing to make.
