Hi everyone,

The winning time slot for weekly meetings is officially *Fridays at 17:00
UTC.* Thank you to those who voted!

*Our first weekly meeting will be next Friday, January 29th. *

Please feel free to add agenda items that you'd like to cover to:
https://etherpad.gnome.org/p/engagement-team-meetings. Otherwise, this
meeting will just be a quick 15 min sync to go over the status of our
ongoing initiatives.

As Sri suggested, let's try to stick with this weekly meeting time for at
least a few weeks. I know it's not ideal for everyone, so I propose that we
send out a new weekly meeting poll every quarter. That means we would send
out the poll during the week of March 21st so that we can begin the new
meeting schedule the first week of April.

Another idea is that, if our team in Asia grows (@Siska! :) ) we could
potentially divide the engagement team into smaller groups so that we can
have regular meetings to engage members of each region. We could then have
monthly syncs with fewer members to make sure the larger team is
functioning well as a whole. Just an idea to consider, since it'd be great
for everyone to feel included and engaged!

Best,
Nuritzi
