About chat rooms, I believe lcnc irc official channels should migrate over at Libera, grabbing the opportunity to take over management of these with identified peoples. Then creation or assimilation of existing lcnc channels on other platforms should be discussed and devised. Finally, bridging should be setup between these networks channels to build an integrated, unified community. Availability of proper two way bridging between networks could be a criteria of official presence on one or the other. With the momentum lcnc seam to be slowly but surely gaining, community management could become a more and more heavy question...
