The PWM servo amp takes a plus on the plus input (TB2-pin 1) and a negative on TB2-pin 2 to turn on the transistors. You don't need an external resistor, that is provided in the servo amp.

Just be sure when you want the spindle off, that pin 1 is not getting the positive voltage.
