Hi Christian,
There are no bare boards without parts on them.

The board is mostly surface mount parts.  The through hole parts are not
installed.   The kit without the micro-stepper parts will cost you $200 Cdn.
Soldering time is about 3 to 5 hours.  Best to use 22g rosin core solder to
get good bonding with the leads of the switches etc.
