I just found it. I was filling in the blanks as noted on the g76 drawing. 
But that illustration contains no reference to variable "j".  That 
drawing needs edited.

Now I think I can do it, but will sneak up on the depth of cut until I 
can see if the threads are going to match where the transition from 
tapered to straight occurs. I suspect it will be "close enough for the 
girls I go with". :)
