If the tyre is on it's bead just stick in some tyre sealant and pump it back up. OKO is a common brand of sealant here in the UK. Use the type that comes in a plastic bottle, not the aerosol 'get you home' cans. It'll seal anything short of a split or tear. I've pulled large nails and screws out of treated tyres and not even needed to add air after. I used to get loads of punctures in my trail bike tyres until I started using sealant. Now the only time I get a puncture is if I rip the stem out of the tube (unfortunately a pretty common occurrence even with bead clamps).
