Greetings all; I was able to make a usable circuit in gEDA, but I am not terribly impressed with the gcode that pcb exports. Only one pass for the trace isolation, so I an having to dig a good 5 thou into the substrate to get rid of 99% of the shorts. The rest I'll clean up by hand, BTDT before.
Regardless, I have a slab of double sided on the mill, carving the bottom only, 6 up, so I'll have boards enough I can sell 3 of them if anyone is interested. Say $5 each empty, and perhaps a $20 populated and tested. When I have completed the drill file, I'll clear the copper on the top side from any lead hole as its intended to be single sided, but I don't hardly have some more of that. 3 terminals, ground, a pulse from a BoB pin, and an output (sinks to ground) to a relay coil or an SSR. Response times on a 5 volt circuit s/b under .25 seconds. But I don't know if it will work on a 3.3 volt swing, doubtfull in fact. All my BoB's output 5 volts, rail to rail. Interested, PM me. And thanks. Cheers, Gene Heskett -- "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
