Greetings; I sent this yesterday, but it never came back, apologies if its a duplicate.
I need to make a 1/8" roundover bit, those I can find on the net are all north of $45/copy. So I need a 1/8" diameter, nominally 1" long diamond coated grinding tool, suitable for sharpening chain saws with a 1/8" wide gullet. I do have one but its 5/32". To use that, I'd have to start with a 3/8 diameter router bit. I need it to reshape a dull carbide router bit into a 1/8" roundover profile. I can find all sorts of diamond coated stuff, like for a dremel or proxon tool but those seem to be a mix of 3/32 & 5/32, no 1/8" to be found. Can someone suggest a URL for the chain saw sharpener? I am striking out here. I can find 1/8" coated files, but not the "dremel tool" style. Thanks all.
