That would be cheap and low tech, perhaps a bit too low... Wouldn't have to grind the wheels, I have a lathe. I'll be checking out the smaller W profile rollers that will fit the grooves on the larger 4040 extrusion. That will simplify the build and eliminate the cost of buying any add-on rail pieces, which will also save weight. The frame is going to be cantilevered out from the plates that currently support the pattern mounting arms. Plenty of strength there, plus I'm figuring on extending the 4040 out the back side for mounting whatever I'll build to hold the computer.
