I do Peter, but its rather hard to carve on the lathe when its apart. :) 
And centering the rotary table to itself on the mill simply can't be done 
on a hundred dollar table without a morse reamed center.  You don't get 
that on a 4" table anyway, I have looked.

Actually, it appears I'll have to put it back together with the old screw 
yet, driven by a plastic version of the 80 tooth metal one, just to carve a 
taper lock hub assembly for the metal one, the next step in this bit of 
time sink.

That in itself might be a trick as the plastic 80 toother's hub is about 
wobbled out, the 3mm keyway slot is about 5mm wider than new right now.

I can see the irony though, quite well. :)  Much easier to do if I could 
buy just the single gear I need, but the whole set is something north of a 
100 dollar bill.  I do have it together well enough I can start carving the 
ball nut cage, so that will probably be the next step.  Lots of little 
fiddly things I need to clean up to make it all work as advertised yet.

But I'll get there if I don't fall over first. :)
