I believe the VESA driver is driving that Samsung tv at 1680x1050, it is 
noticeably higher resolution than the other, smaller flat screen AOC I'm 
using on the milling machine.  The Xorg.0.log says 1920x1250 is available.  
But it doesn't come right out and say which mode its in.  Neither does 
glxinfo.
