Thanks for the help. I will check it again tomorrow. I should have then had
it wired the right way the first time. After that did not work I tried
reversing the wires and noticed that the Red LEDs came on with the inputs,
and assumed they were input indicators (yea, I know, RTFM). I did not get
back to that by the end of the day, but it has to be something simple in the
wiring. I just needed to confirm that there was not a problem with the
board.

If you see a RED LED toggle on the 7I37T it means you have the input
polarity 
reversed (the RED LEDS are the reverse protecton diodes for the OPTOs)
