That's the puppy.  Sweet device, and lots sweeter at that price, IIRC I 
paid well over $240 when I bought mine new 3 or 4 years ago.

I have not had the top off mine, so I'll defer on that point, and the run 
out of what I have put a dial indicator on has been under a thou at the 
cutting edge.  Most bits themselves aren't much better than that.  
Measuring the collet at its internal taper, I get only the needle wobbles 
from the surface roughness, much less than a thou.

Maybe I got lucky, but mine is plenty precise as is unless one wants 
calibrated, repeatable lengths when changing cutters.  I think even that 
could be achieved by consistently bottoming the bit shank in the chuck and 
grinding the end of the shank on the longer ones to match.  OTOH, a place 
to "touch off" would serve just as well.
