I don't think it is possible due to architectural issues. But you CAN run multiple parallel ports and use much more than 3 axis concurrently.
Other than that, you might consider, using small single board computers and put them all in a single cabinet with a large power supply with KVMs to share keyboards and monitors, or use display combining technology to allow multiple displays to be viewed on a single monitor. If what you need is not running g-code but ladder logic state machines, you run several parallel ports from a single machine that could be attached to different machines, again, depending on exactly what you are doing and how you are implementing it.
