My apologies for sending e-mail before the typing full text is finished.
I managed to complete all these commands.
$ ./autogen.sh
$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make setuid

I also ran these commands:
$ . /home/waterjet/emc2-dev/scripts/emc-environment
$ emc

The last one started EMC2. Which means that I have managed to compile
a programm for the first time! I should have a beer for that :)

Now comes the 10000USD question - how do I start EMC2 in a usual way -
clicking on icon or in "Applications" menu?
