I had an error like this on a Fanuc controller once. It turned out the Fanuc could only accept a minimum I, J arc value. But I could not set the limit greater than this in the Gcode post processor.
mmm, it was 5 years ago, so I hope the story is correct. Actually, it happened when generating contour milling passes. Eventually I had to settle for raster passes only to get around generating arcs.
