I'm not an expert but in the hal file when you set the feedback and the scale for the W axis you used the pin axis.8.motor-pos-fb but i understand that W is the number 9 axis.
I'm not sure if that affects the correct operation of the axis, but something similar happened to me. I hope i can help you with that, if not sorry for my poor knowledge hehe. Best regards.
