Thanks Steve,

My first project I want to cut a circle into a round flat piece of 
plastic to use as a centering tool O have seen on some web sites.
Looked at the .ini file and see why my Z axis only moves a bit. 
somehow the step conf told it to only move  min and max limit of 0.01 inches.
I'll have another look and make sure I did not do that but now have a 
better understanding of the .ini file.
Now I need to calibrate the machine so when it moves an inch it does 
that. Its real close though now.
