Schematics would be useless, anyway.  There is a power brick with all 
the power semis in one package.
There is a board with IGBT drivers, and there is a microcontroller chip 
that does EVERYTHING else.
So, the frequency, pulse width, accel/decel ramps, absolutely everything 
it does, is handled by code in that micro.
There are 1000 Hz VFDs on the market, but I might have to buy new to get 
one.
