I helped a neighbor get his cnc plasma cutter running, he got his from Torchmate. I addition to the power supply, and torch itself, you need an opto isolated control box to turn the torch on and off, and a height adjuster that maintains the proper height based on voltage between the work and the torch itself. Torchmate has these things all worked out.
