It's under one of the pull down menus on your main screen
window manager bar.

Had this funny feeling it was going to be a daft question. It's not on this
MS Windows computer. Aaah but it is on the other computer with Ubuntu -
Synaptic Package Manager. OK then as it seems you know where every thing is-
where's the bouncing ball?.
So I download Qcad first, transfer it to the other computer, and click on
Synaptic Package Manager, and that will install it. Is that right.
