There is also a Cyber Resilience Act (a regulation - 2024/2847) that was recently finalized that also covers cyber issues, and likely (I haven't yet checked) applies in addition to the RED.
That is certainly the case for the Machinery Regulation, in that the MR also has several new cyber requirements, and the CRA criteria also applies nonetheless.
