Hi All, Op amps can be sensitive to digital noise on the same or adjacent PCBs in a system as well as to emissions from RF sources like cell phones. Here is an article on a technique that has been 100% effective since I discovered it over 40 years ago. I still use it on modern circuits and it still works.
