Brian The manufacturer can sign the DoC, but I think they are looking for the 2nd point in MD Annex II:

They say they accept the CE marking and EU-DoC but the DoC has to be signed by some authority other than the Manufacturer. What does that mean? Does anyone know what I have to do?
