Anyone know if (and where) the consolidated GPSD list of harmonized standards is published? When I look all I see is an amendment listing the changes and not an updated downloadable PDF with all current standards listed.

Besides, what are the arrangements of goods in the water and recent imported goods at customs and market surveillance with old standard compliance?
