Hi Gert, Unlike LVD & RED, there is no transitional date in GPSD HS table. If there is no transitional period, how can the manufacturers handle the goods in the warehouse of the market and manufacturing plants to upgrade to new standards? Besides, what are the arrangements of goods in the water and recent imported goods at customs and market surveillance with old standard compliance?
