First, you have done the right thing by showing the requirement in the standard that supports your assertion. It's really difficult to argue against that. Second, I suggest you ask the manufacturers of the terminal block how they claim it meets the requirements of 60204-1. You may find that it doesn't, but it does for some other standard, that doesn't apply to your EUT.
