I've been having trouble getting regular axis going on Gentoo, but gmocappy and several other axis screens all work. LinuxCNC comes pre-installed (master branch) and is shipped with Konqueror and LXQt. Desktop enabled by default, UEFI is not required, serial port and interactive console is available. VirtIO (Virgl) GPU is supported as well as QXL. Thank you!
