Dunno when this change will arrive in Emacs and who is responsible for
that.
Meanwhile users that are affected can fix this by adding the old obsolete alias
to
their configuration:
(define-obsolete-function-alias 'fancy-diary-display
'diary-fancy-display "23.1")
