Thanks for checking. It turns out to be a silly problem that is my fault. I extracted attachments out of two different PDF files into the same directory, and both PDF files had an attachment called supporting-information.org. So the first one is what had the TiO2-data table, and it got overwritten by the second file.
So, of course, it was missing ;) Sorry for the noise.
