[O] How to include an extra css when export html

Dear list,

I'm trying to include my own css when using org-html-export-as-html.

I tried to have

# Local Variables:
# org-export-html-style-extra: "<link rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"
href=\"my-css-path" />"
# End:

and
#+HTML_INCLUDE_STYLE: my-css-path

But none of above work, is there any suggestion?
