You'll need the latest versions of unzip and zip. The binaries are available from the Info-Zip FTP or any of its many mirror sites: ftp://ftp.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/win32/ WiZ uses the same code but is a GUI application, so it doesn't do what you want.
