After starting emacs -Q and loading my minimal setup (including require
'org):
 ((:default))
After loading the .org file and doing nothing else, it's the same.
After evaling one code block:
 ((*PyFoo*) (:default))

But note that there is no buffer named *PyFoo* (there is one named
*Python*).
