Maybe:

Or
(add-hook 'org-mode-hook 'predictive-setup-latex)
Toby is on this list, he'll perhaps confirm/correct.
Another idea would be to use the LaTeX predictions only
in Org's LaTeX fragments/regions but that's another story.
