lgrep comes up with two occurrences of that function in org-mode/lisp for me: org.el:15935: (if (and overlays (fboundp 'clear-image-cache)) (clear-image-cache)) org.el:16200: (clear-image-cache)) The second one is lacking the fboundp protection.
