This happened through a rewrite of the clocktable functionality that introduced new parameters _after_ the 7.3 release (so it is only in bleeding edge for now). If you need to get the old clocktables back, you need to change some parameters in the #BEGIN line. If you want the old behaviour back by default, customize org-clocktable defaults (:level t :indent nil).
