Possibly naive, but useful for myself as I tend to follow Bernd's "refile" policy - just about all new remember items are placed in refile for later refiling to more relevant locations thus simplifying the remember item creation process. I have never yet had the situation where I refiled from the agenda and didnt want my agenda updated to reflect that refiling. So ...
