As some of you already noticed, https://tracker.orgmode.org does not use
Woof! anymore, it uses its successor BARK: Another Report Keeper.

BARK is a rewritten version of Woof! and operates on the same principle:
it monitors Org mode mailing list and extracts useful information from
it, such as bug reports, patches, feature requests and announcements.

And the conventions in use for BARK to do its job are the same than for
Woof: see https://tracker.orgmode.org/docs.html for a primer.

I wrote https://bzg.fr/en/notes/the-issue-with-issue-trackers/ to try to
explain why I think projects like BARK are worthwhile.

Many thanks to Ihor, who waited patiently for this rewrite and helped a
great deal with ideas and tests for BARK.

Now the big deal: please check https://tracker.orgmode.org and find bugs
to confirm and patches to review, it will help a lot!
