I am not sure if I understand. Styling and markup are separated, AFAIK.
In Emacs, via font customization. In export backends, using facilities
available in the backends (css for html export, latex headers for latex
export, odt sytles for odt export, etc). Or do you mean some kind of
universal style? But that one is not possible due to diversity of the
export backends.
