It means that you mailer respects the Mail-Followup-To header. I read the mailing list through a NNTP gateway and in most cases I do not need an off-list copy (that has no the List-Post header, so Thunderbird uses reply to sender instead of reply to list by default). I am realizing that Mail-Followup-To is controversial to some degree. Unfortunately it does not really convey that I prefer to avoid a personal copy, instead it instructs to whom response should be sent. Criticism of Reply-To may be applicable to Mail-Followup-To. Of course, enough mail user agents ignores the header.
