At the top of my agenda is always a list of things that are tagged IN PROGRESS or WAITING or just TODO, with sometimes something ridiculous like 'Sched.657x'. And what do I do with that? Read right past it and go on to what's on the agenda for today. So indeed it's useless. What I should do is (at minimum) move those things elsewhere and review them every so often (maybe a daily 5 minute review) and then schedule a specific 'next step'activity, if appropriate, for the next day or maybe several days. -- Bob Newell Honolulu, Hawai`i
