3/5 I think that's better, but consider also WDYT about expanding the
column-view keyword-affiliation preservation to all dblocks
Also for completeness/FYI/meanwhile, org-kanban decided to solve it this
way.
But yes, would be nice to solve it for all dblocks finally and stop
solving the same problem case by case
Add headers parameter in front of the generated org-kanban tables
e.g. `:headers ("#+CAPTION: the caption" "#+NAME: a name")` adds a
caption and a name to the kanban table.
