AFAIK, our async code does not support inline blocks.

Jack, I am not sure if it is going to be easy to support async inline
src blocks. If not, we may need to ignore :async argument in inline
blocks and display a warning.

Also, if Bruno finishes his org-pending feature in some reasonable
timeframe, we may not need to continue fixing the current code and
instead make sure that inline blocks work in the new implementation.
