There's a small typo in latest ox-html commits https://code.orgmode.org/bzg/org-mode/src/master/lisp/ox-html.el#L244
The "code-highlighted" string needs to keep the escaped ". It breaks otherwise. (exact commit : https://code.orgmode.org/bzg/org-mode/commit/68fa5e589f00c8d5b4f7f0dc70be6ebe59238bb8 ) I don't know any other way to convey this issue, sorry if it's not the correct way Thanks for org-mode, and have a good day !
