I have an inline image link like this in Org file:
```org
#+ATTR_ORG: :width 300
#+ATTR_LATEX: :width 3.0in
#+ATTR_HTML: :width 300px
[[file:data/images/me_picture%2023.jpg]]
```
When I export to PDF file, others work fine, but just no image, no link
at the inline image link position. Just blank.
Do I need some extra settings to make it work?
