The simplest way I know is to have a remote PC connected to the K3 running radmin, pcanywhere, etc. to control the rig and use skype for the audio back and forth.
I've done this with both my K3 and TS2k. Some day, rig manufacturers will just put ethernet in the rigs and we will have native control!
