I was hoping to not have to hit the reflector with this but so far, I'm
at a standstill and Sweepstakes Phone is next weekend. I'm not a good
phone op, my voice doesn't last, so I need to have N1MM do the
repetitive talking for me. I have N1MM configured, and it talks on the
computer's Line Out if I plug stereo headphones into the computer Line
Out [I hear it in both ears]. It also keys the radio just fine.
All I hear from the K3 monitor in my headphones is the room noise picked
up by the boom mic. Nothing from the computer and no output to the
dummy load. If I talk, the K3 works just fine, but nothing from the
computer. K3 Line In is labeled MONO, but I've been told it is really a
stereo jack and needs audio on the left channel. I've tried a stereo
plug and a stereo-->mono adapter. So far, no joy.
I've set the CONFIG:MIC+LIN to ON. I use the rear panel mic jack with
my K2 Proset, and it works just fine. What am I missing here?
