To further on my previous mail, I have a couple of additional observations
to report:
1) Tom, K1TL suggested I check K3SYN PLL voltages. Both synthesizers report
2,7V.
2) Just reloaded the latest beta FW. I made sure to load DSP data tables as
well. All went fine but when I attempted the KRX3's VCO calibration after
the upgrade I still got the same error messages.
3) And now for the funny part: my KRX3 seems to be fully operational! I
switched the KRX3's antenna to MAIN and the KRX3 seems to be working FB.
Both receivers seem to be OK, both in unlinked and linked operation.
So, this leaves two questions I guess:
What do the "E00039" and "ERR VC4" error messages mean exactly?
and, not knowing the answer to my first question yet,
Should I be worried, even though everything *seems* to be working OK?

yesterday I installed the KRX3 into my K3 s/n 0192.
All went well and after the installation the main rx and the tx seem to

fine.
However, I just tried calibrating my KRX3's synthesizer.
Initially this goes as expected but suddenly the values on the VFO display
add up very quickly and then I get "E00039" on the VFOA display and VFOB
shows "ERR VC4".
Please advise on which steps to take to remove this error.
