Good Evening,

Twenty meters was fairly good.  Low noise with moderate amounts of QSB.  Forty meters had more noise; there were some thunderstorms in the distance.  Signals were not as strong either.

Two milestones today: Roy, K6XK, is celebrating his 70th year using CW.  Congratulations Roy!  Then Mike, AC6JA, checked in using a KH1; the first of its kind on ECN.  His 5 watts into a dipole from Central California rose above the noise.  Thanks for the QNI.

I do have a busted call: KC3ML is the best I could copy.  Fast QSB was chopping up your signal.  Conditions are improving, next week may be better.
